Something is approaching from the end of the corridor. Is this the moment to fire, or the moment to hold back? Zombie Gun is a left-and-right tap shooter in which you stop incoming zombies while protecting survivors. Quick reactions matter, but so does recognizing what is in front of you.
Use the guns in both hands, preserve your remaining hearts, and challenge yourself to reach higher floors. Straightforward controls combine speed with target recognition: tapping as often as possible is not enough. You need to stop a threat without firing on the people you are trying to save.
How to play
- Press START to begin on the first floor. Check the floor indicator and the hearts beside the corridor. Watch the approaching targets and decide which side needs your attention.
- Tap the left or right side of the screen to fire. With no complicated movement controls to manage, you can focus on the target and the direction of your shot. Respond before the threat reaches you.
- Attack incoming zombies to stop them. Watch changes across both sides of the corridor instead of concentrating on one side alone. After firing, identify the next approaching figure before acting again.
- Never shoot survivors. Even during a sequence of zombie attacks, stop your input when a person appears. Choosing when not to fire is an essential part of protecting them.
- Taking attacks reduces your hearts. Lose all remaining hearts and the game ends. Keep track of your condition while dealing with threats and safeguarding survivors; fewer hearts make careful recognition even more important.
- Check your reached floor, best record, and reward on the result screen. Try again or return home to visit the GUN SHOP. Reaching floor milestones can unlock additional weapons for future attempts.
Know when to fire and when to stop
The central challenge is reacting to what you see rather than repeatedly tapping without checking. After dealing with a zombie, look at the next target before continuing on the same side. When the approaching figure changes, your action may need to change with it.
Focusing only on the closest target can make it harder to anticipate what follows, while looking too far down the corridor can delay your response to an immediate threat. Try to read both the near space and the incoming movement. A short moment of observation matters as much as the shot itself.
The contrast between attacking zombies and protecting survivors gives the action its rhythm. Fast decisions are useful only when they are the right decisions, so aim for controlled responses rather than a stream of indiscriminate taps.
Work toward your next weapon
The GUN SHOP shows your equipped gun alongside other weapon options and their requirements. Start with the handgun, then work toward the floor milestones that make more guns available. Weapon descriptions list benefits related to features such as life or the amount of in-game currency earned.
Read those effects when deciding on your next goal. A different weapon is more than a change in appearance, and its listed benefit can give you another reason to improve your run. The rewards from attempts and the next unlock requirement create progress beyond a single floor record.
You do not need to focus only on a distant milestone. Aim to improve on your previous floor, learn to recognize targets more reliably, and check how that progress brings you closer to another weapon.
A short attempt with constant decisions
The corridor, the two guns, the heart display, and the floor indicator keep the situation easy to read. When an attempt ends, review the result and think about where your reaction was late or your attention slipped before starting again.
Simple left-and-right inputs make the action easy to begin, while the need to distinguish danger from survivors keeps every encounter meaningful. Respond quickly, protect the people in your path, and look again before the next shot. Build a better rhythm and challenge your highest floor in Zombie Gun.
