Upgrade, sell, or store: choose the next step for your weapon
Break Smith is a blacksmith game about enhancing weapons and deciding how to use the results. Turn your starting iron into a weapon, attempt a higher enhancement, or prepare for future crafting by selling or storing what you have made.
The screen shows the upgrade cost, success probability, and selling price. Compare those details with your game gold and stored weapons to decide what you want to work toward next.
An upgrade is a decision with a displayed chance
Use the enhancement button to spend the required game gold and attempt the next stage. After a successful upgrade, the weapon's name, appearance, and enhancement value show its new state.
Check the next cost and probability after every change. The conditions you saw at the beginning are not a reason to assume later attempts will work the same way.
How to play
- Inspect the current material or weapon in the forge. Your first crafting step begins with iron.
- Read the gold cost and success probability. Compare the cost with your available balance, then choose enhancement to attempt the next stage.
- Check the result, weapon name, enhancement value, next cost, and selling price. Look at the changed conditions before making another attempt.
- Sell a weapon to receive the game gold shown on its selling-price panel. Decide whether that return fits your next crafting plan.
- Use warehouse storage for an enhanced weapon you want to keep. Visit the warehouse to inspect the saved weapon and its quantity.
- Check elapsed time, total production, and the subsidy available in the warehouse. Collect available support and use your resources to plan another crafting goal.
Selling and storing serve different plans
Selling converts the current weapon into gold. Read the displayed value and think about the crafting attempts you could prepare with that amount.
Storage keeps the weapon in your warehouse and contributes to the subsidy system. The tutorial explains that keeping more weapons in storage allows you to receive more support.
Your choice depends on whether you want gold for an immediate attempt or a stronger base of stored equipment. Consider the weapon's role in your current plan instead of treating every result the same way.
See the workshop's foundation in the warehouse
Stored weapons appear with their types and quantities, giving you a way to review what you have kept from your crafting work.
The lower panel shows elapsed time, total production per minute, and accumulated support. These figures connect the weapons you save with resources for later attempts.
Compare an available subsidy with the next enhancement cost. It can help turn a vague wish for a stronger weapon into a specific next target.
Before one more enhancement
A success probability is not a guarantee. Before choosing another attempt, consider its cost, your remaining gold, and whether you would prefer to keep the weapon in its current state.
Look beyond the enhancement number alone. The selling price and storage option also describe ways to use the weapon you already have.
Making that comparison is part of the progression: create something, assess it, and choose what comes next.
A chance to turn back time
The game also includes a time-reversal element after a weapon breaks. Check the Time Stone counter and the conditions presented by the feature when using it.
Keep those requirements in mind alongside your current equipment and resources. Follow the game's prompt for the situation rather than assuming every attempt has identical recovery options.
Build toward your strongest creation
Crafting, enhancement, selling, and storage work together to support the forge. Each weapon can become a higher-level project, a source of gold, or part of the collection you keep.
