Turn the tower and find a way down
Spin Down is an action game about rotating platforms around a pillar so a bouncing ball can fall through the gaps. Match an opening with the ball's position, pass the current floor, and look for the next route below.
Rather than steering the ball sideways, you move the structure around it. The direction and amount of rotation determine what sits beneath the ball when it comes down.
From a bounce to a drop
The ball bounces on the platform while you adjust its orientation. Drag horizontally to bring an empty section into the ball's path.
Once the ball falls, the next platform becomes your new reference point. Study its opening instead of repeating the previous gesture without checking the changed layout.
How to play
- Start a run and locate the bouncing ball and the gap in its current platform. Look at the floor below as well when it is visible.
- Drag left or right to rotate the platforms around the pillar. Bring an opening toward the direction occupied by the ball.
- Let the ball pass through the gap and descend. Check its new position and the next platform before continuing your movement.
- Avoid black danger areas. In its normal state, the ball shatters on contact with a black section, so consider the landing surface as well as the opening.
- Look for opportunities to pass several floors in succession. Passing at least three stacks continuously activates fever, allowing the ball to break through walls.
- Follow the progress bar and score as you descend. Adjust the direction and size of your drag to suit the next arrangement.
Use small adjustments when the gap is close
A large rotation can carry a nearby opening past the point you wanted. Begin by watching how much the platform moves and practice making a controlled adjustment.
If the gap is on the other side, consider which direction brings it into position more comfortably. The useful question is not how quickly you can drag, but what the rotation places beneath the ball.
Keep the bounce in view as well. The height of the ball and the moment it comes down are part of the situation you are trying to control.
Look at the current floor and the next one
Focusing only on the first opening can leave you making a hurried change on the floor below. When the next gap is visible, use it to prepare the movement that follows.
After a drop, shift your attention to the surface the ball will meet next. Recheck safe areas, openings, and dark danger sections rather than looking back at the platform already passed.
Each descent gives you a new angle to judge and another chance to improve the rhythm of your movement.
Find a continuous fall
Passing three or more stacks in succession creates a fever opportunity. When openings line up, the ball can move through several floors in one satisfying sequence.
Fever allows wall-breaking, while ordinary contact with a black area remains dangerous. Watch the ball's current state as you look for a longer drop.
You do not need to force every move into a long descent. Work through the visible section carefully, then take advantage of a continuous route when one becomes available.
Simple movement, changing decisions
The control is a horizontal drag, but the result depends on angle, timing, and the arrangement below. Choose a route, rotate into position, and watch the ball follow the opening.
Find a comfortable rhythm between careful adjustments and longer drops. Open the next gap, make the most of a continuous fall, and work toward a better Spin Down record.
