Bring matching butterflies together on one leaf
Butterfly Sort Puzzle is a sorting game about moving butterflies into groups of the same kind. Study the mixed arrangement on the leaves and choose an order that lets each butterfly join its matching friends.
A bright meadow and open sky form the backdrop as butterflies travel between leaves. When a matching group is complete, watching it fly away gives each successful arrangement a cheerful finish.
Move toward a matching friend
Butterflies can move beside others of the same kind. Use their colors and wing shapes to choose a destination, then notice which butterfly becomes available after the front group moves.
Consecutive matching butterflies may travel together. A single choice can therefore change more than one position, making it useful to check both the source and destination before you tap.
How to play
- At the beginning of a level, inspect the kinds of butterflies and their order on each leaf. Identify matching groups and mixed leaves.
- Select the leaf containing the butterflies you want to move. Look at the kind available at the front and consider where it can go.
- Tap a destination leaf with matching butterflies. Watch the selected butterflies fly across and join their friends.
- Recheck the source leaf after the move. If another kind has become exposed, look for a suitable place for that group next.
- Gather matching butterflies on a leaf so they can fly away together. Continue sorting the remaining butterflies to finish the level's mission.
- After MISSION CLEAR, choose NEXT for another arrangement. When needed, check the undo control and its remaining count while reconsidering a move.
Think about what the move reveals
Before joining two visible groups, look at what will remain on the source leaf. Moving the front butterflies can reveal another kind that you need to sort afterward.
Bringing matching friends together is the immediate goal, but the order matters too. Consider how each choice changes the next available move instead of looking only at the group you are selecting now.
Once a completed group leaves, study the whole arrangement again. The board has changed, and a different sequence may now be possible.
Notice colors, shapes, and order
Colors help identify matching butterflies quickly, while the wing shapes and markings make each kind worth a closer look. Enjoy meeting new designs as you continue through the puzzles.
When several butterflies overlap on a leaf, inspect them from the exposed end inward. Separate the group that can move now from the friends still waiting behind it.
That small habit helps make a mixed leaf easier to read and gives your next choice a clearer purpose.
A completed group takes flight
The reward for organizing a leaf is visible: the matching butterflies rise together and leave the branch. You can see which part of the puzzle you have resolved before turning to the remaining groups.
Use the simple selection-and-destination controls learned in the early level to handle the mixed arrangements that follow. A complicated-looking group can become more manageable when you focus on one useful move at a time.
A collection and a little help
The book icon opens a butterfly collection screen. Alongside solving the sorting puzzles, you can look back at the butterfly designs you have encountered.
The undo button displays a remaining count, and the extra-leaf control carries an ad indicator. Check the on-screen conditions before using a supporting feature.
Find each butterfly's matching friends, reveal the next group, and send them into the sky together. Butterfly Sort Puzzle combines straightforward taps with the satisfying work of putting a mixed arrangement in order.
