Two small flowers meet, and a larger blossom appears!
Merge Flower is a dropping-and-merging puzzle about bringing flowers of the same level together. Choose where to release each flower from above and guide it toward a matching partner below.
A few small blossoms become new colors and shapes as you keep merging. Look forward to the next flower and work toward creating the largest one.
Placement prepares the next merge
Matching flowers combine into a flower at the next level. Different levels do not immediately merge, so begin by locating the partner that fits the flower you are about to drop.
Each placement also affects the space and route available to future flowers. Consider both the merge you can make now and the arrangement that will let another pair meet later.
How to play
- Press GAME START. Check the current flower near the top and the preview of upcoming flowers.
- Choose a horizontal position and tap the play area to drop the flower. Look for a route toward a flower of the same level.
- Watch it settle on the floor or against the existing flowers. Check the actual position instead of assuming it landed exactly where you expected.
- Bring two flowers of the same level into contact to create a larger one. Notice the level marker at its center and the change in score.
- Read the new arrangement and the next flower before choosing another position. Think about which matching level the newly formed flower could connect with.
- Keep building from small flowers toward the final blossom. Use your score and best record to set smaller goals along the way.
Read the empty space as well as the flowers
A larger flower takes up space differently from the two smaller ones that created it. After a merge, check how much room remains beside and above the new blossom.
A matching flower may be visible but difficult to reach if another one blocks the path. Consider the route from above, not only the final place you would like the flower to occupy.
Think beyond the first pair
Two level-one flowers can produce a level-two flower. If another level-two flower is already nearby, you can prepare a placement that gives the new one a chance to meet it.
Rather than dropping every flower in the same column, compare levels, partners, and space. Planning how one merge might support the next is part of the puzzle's appeal.
Use the preview to prepare another choice
The top of the screen shows flowers coming after the current one. Looking at that information can help you decide which area to leave open or where to keep potential partners together.
Even when the current flower cannot merge immediately, it may be possible to place it with the next flower in mind. Think about access to a future match as well as immediate points.
Tips for a calmer growing garden
After dropping a flower, observe how the arrangement settles before preparing the next input. Reading the newly formed flower and its neighbors can help you avoid an unintended pileup.
If similar colors are difficult to distinguish, use the level marker in the center as another cue. Check that the stages match before choosing a partner.
Do not focus only on your largest blossom. Smaller flowers still need room to meet if you want to build the next large one, so keep the whole arrangement in view.
When one side becomes crowded, inspect the space on the other side. Leaving a useful route for a later merge can be more helpful than adding another flower directly above the same cluster.
A gentle look with meaningful placement choices
Flower shapes and a warm background make the stages of growth easy to follow. Simple dropping controls let you concentrate on position, contact, and the next change in the garden.
